Optional Case Assessment Service for Smile Brands GD to check and see what type of treatment package the patient may qualify for. This is a quick assessment and is subject to change once the full treatment plan is presented for doctor review. The doctor may then make a decision if they will keep the treatment in-house or refer out to one of the other Smile Brands specialist offices.
