The Reveal team is pleased to offer our Digital Dental (DDX) Case Management Treatment Portal to enhance the communication between your practice and our Reveal Aligners Lab. We optimize the treatment plan so that you can focus on providing optimal care.

With DDX, you can:
- Enter your cases electronically
- Transfer and store digital files
- Receive case return dates and view lists of cases
- View training guides
Take the Reveal Provider Certification
Login to our new Reveal E-Learning Platform and take your Mandatory Provider Certification Assessment to begin submitting cases in DDX today. Our new e-learning platform also features hours of additional training-video content on topics such as Aligner Mechanics, Clinical Aligner Procedures, Case Selection, the Reveal Digital Ecosystem, and more.
Self-Registration for Our E-Learning Platform is Easy:
- Visit https://reveal.axiomtrainingcloud.com
- Click “Create new account”
- Fill in Your Contact Info
Tip: Use your DDX Login and password for simplicity-sake. - Click the blue “Create My Account” button
- Login and click on the Reveal Provider Certification Tile, to view optional videos and take the brief mandatory onboarding assessment.
Upon completion of the assessment, your aligner onboarding specialist will be notified to schedule your onboarding and approval for you to begin submitting cases in DDX!
